Hi Fredrik! Congratulation to your 70.3 IM China. The heat was nearly killing me and I was close to a DNF.
I'm 4-5x a year in Bangkok on biz. I always stay at the Pathumwan Princess, as they have this great 25m pool! Hope to meet you on my next trip for a joint training session.

Hey Fredrik. Come on down to Phuket...they will have a Olympic sizes as well as a sprint. Should be fun and the more the merrier. Good warm up for Laguna...are you doing that one?
