HI Wes! I would recommend trifuel.com for a training plan. I found one for free on that website for a friend. I know Bluefinn app can help you in run workouts, its an app on apple. Good Luck!
We seem to kind of be on the same page then, only that I've done 5 sprints and 1 olympic this year and am looking for my first 1/2IM next year along with 2 or 3 olympic distance ones and 1 sprint. the full IM plan so far is 2013. I also have been reading a lot, and basically self coached myself. I had a nutricionist for 3 months earlier this year helping out and got my tri-bike back in March.
I would assumee if you are doing all these distances you must train a lot. I also read on your profile about wife and kids, so yeah I can see time is not exactly all that available. I live off of Woodstock, right behind Roswell Park and maybe we could try meeting for that coffee to see. I think I could really use a partner to help stay motivated on those hard days when self inspiration is not at its all time high, you know? I'll add you here as a friend so we can exchange details on it that are not all public. Cool man, thank you for getting back to me so quickly. that was awesome already.

I don't know if you think that would be something you'd me interested in. Good luck! I found the key to getting to Hawaii for me was goal setting and heart rate training.
