Tuesday of the second week in the big blog. Starting to get that "tired all the time" thing that happens about now. Sleeping OK but working hard especially on the bike. Rode hard on Sunday with some 85% efforts thrown in for good measure. Foot has come up well after some short runs, but I feel like I am going to have to work hard to get that relaxed feeling back whilst running hard. Still got time and my head is in the right place. 40 x 100's on Saturday was fun with my swim group. Holding 1.30's without too much trouble and I have speed work now to sharpen up.
