I did my last speedwork/strength sessions of 2009 yesterday and today and it got me thinking about what I did throughout 2009. Here is a quick recap:
2019.12 Total Miles that I tracked with GPS (not including indoor workouts)
- Running = 405.17 miles, 54 hours, average pace 7:50/mi, 72,533 calories burned
- Biking = 826.97 miles, 49 hours, average speed 17.2 mph, 54,037 calories burned
- Multisport = 776.13 miles, 63 hours 14 minutes, 77,039 calories burned
- Swim = 10.85 miles, 4 hours 40 minutes
Looking forward to even more miles at a faster pace in 2010!!!
