I PR'd this week! I almost about puked, but I did it!

What the heck! SUB 55?! I never EVER thought I would do a sub 55. Let alone a 55. I think to date my fastest 10k was about 58 mins - ish. And now this?! Somehow I just hit a fast pace and didnt want to let up. I guess I did'nt. And you know what, it felt good!
I blame triathlon for this improvement.
So thats all for now....2 weeks until the big race and Im nervous as fuck. My best friend for Vancouver is here for the next week and training is going to be hard (swim-bike-run-brynne). But I'll do it!!!
