After a long time off I am starting again. Well, getting dedicated again. I would work out in spurts, logging a 5 mile run then not running for a week or two. I've been running 3 miles every other day, and except for a slightly twisted ankle it feels pretty good. I have to remind myself that 3 good miles is better than a bunch of bad miles but it's hard to see 3 as a success when I was running 6- 8 on a easy day.
