I guess the first step is to listen to my body. The day before yesterday I got a bit of a headache - Yesterday i knew it was a cold - today is terrible - tomorrow will only get better.
In light of the head cold I figured that core work cant hurt so 45 minutes of that at home was good. It was only my second REAL CORE workout with a fitness ball.
