Introducing Myself
Hey all,
I've been blogging almost daily about my Ironman training for nearly 1.5 years. Today is my first day at iamtri.
It feels like one of those "group support meetings" where I say, "Hi, I'm Ryan. I, too, am addicted to triathlon."

I live in New England and snow has finally settled around where I live. My question is what to expect in winter cycling, as this is my first time. My biggest concern is that the salt will ruin my bike. Will it? Also, is there anything else that I should know about cycling in the winter months.
