- About Me:
- Completed first Ironman (IM Florida) in November 2007. Participated in Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Clearwater in November 2008. Have done several IM 70.3 races -- Lake Stevens, Timberman, Vineman, Buffalo Springs, Augusta. Doing New Orleans and Rhode Island in 2010 and in the lottery for Hawaii.
- My Tri Story:
- Did my first multi-sport race in October 2004 - a duathlon for which I bought my bike 6 days prior. I did my first triathlon in March 2005, my first Olympic July of that year, my first Half Iron in June 2006 and my first Ironman in November 2007. This year is all about the half distance and getting to Clearwater, which I did.

- Age grouper
- Tri Distance:
- Sprint, Olympic, 2x Olympic (or approx 70.3 mi/113.1km), Long course (or approx 140.6 mi/225.3km)

Didn't expect that
It was my first race on the Q-Rings. I think they really made a difference. I would recommend them if you are considering any upgrades to your bike.
What upgrades have you made to your bikes this year? Did they make the difference you planned?

Clearwater bound!
Lake Stevens was a great course though. Clear swim, bike and run with a couple of hills. Great weather.
It is also set up well for spectators. The transition is right in the middle of the main part of town. Across from transition is a coffee shop, Subway, steakhouse and other sh… Continue

Eagleman do have acquabike race and that's in June.
Kona.. cool! Back to the memory lane, got lucky enough to sat at the same dinner with Luke Bell and other beautiful peps like... Chris Leigh, Jurgen Zack, Heather F., Lori B., the legends Paul and Paula, Scott Tenley, Dave Scott, Oh yeah.. and NORRRMAN and my buddy Des. ;)
