My Tri Story:
3x Ironman Finisher - I couldn't swim when I first signed up in 2005. Since then, I've done multiple marathons, short distance tri's, got on the podium at a couple olympic tri relays, so I am livin proof that you can go from a "bodybuilder" that can't swim to an ironman in 12 months ;) - If I can do it, ANYBODY can do it! My journey to Ironman Canada 2010 (again) will be documented at http://www.iwillnotbonk.com !
