Hi Scott,

Welcome to the site! I am USA Triathlon Certified Coach, an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, a Kona Ironman World Championship Triathlete, and own/operate In Training LLC, Utah's first fulltime triathlon coaching company. I have been coaching for 8 years now, have coached over 600 athletes, and have been competing myself for about 11 years. As well as coaching locally, I also offer online coaching so if you're ever interested in learning more about my online coaching services, please feel free to ask! Oh, my rates for online coaching are probably the best in the country!

Happy Training,

Dave
