Congrats on signing up for Muskoka. I was in the area this summer and sure is great place to race. I already entered Calgary which is only a few weeks before Muskoka so I wont be entering next year and 2010 will hopefuly be LPIM.
It's the longer distances that are harder for me. I was a competitive sprinter and physique trainer (ie drugless bodybuilding), and endurance is tough for me. But that makes me want to do it! What are your race plans for next year? I'm planning the Olympic in Guelph in June, and who knows what else.
Time is always the issue! I just barely started tri but it's like heroin ... immediately addictive! Is there a good olympic-distance race in the Niagara region? That's my next step ... I'd love to be able to do those longer races like you do, but not sure my body's capable of that.
