I did do RI I would say the bikes are very similar, alot of flase flats that have you thinking you are fairly flat but look down and your speedometer says 12 mph. The runs however do not compare, Syracuse is downhill all the way into Syracuse. James…

Very downhill. I rode the course a month ago and was inspired at how downhill it was. Should be a fast Half overall
I would like to know about the bike course too, it seems the run course is down hill? is that correct?
