Hi Nicole, I am going to miami next week aind will stay during a week in south beach. I am training to the Ironman 70.3 world championship and want to know if haven't problem to training bike at South Beach streets, as dangerous traffic, robbery, etc ? What is the safest time to training ? in the morning ?

Hmmm... I'm in Orlando Monday - Thursday and really have not gone out here since I've been here. Although, the weekends I have stayed I usually hand in the downtown area. There is alot of bars and lounges there...
As far as running... dunno whut distance u want to do but here is a few good routes! There are a few there in the downtown area...
Gasparilla was a blast as always! I hopped around a bunch of parties and got retarted... :-D
Didn't do MIT... I did the gasparilla 1/2 and got injured! I think i pulled my groin or something. I'm really bummed! I can't run more than 4 miles without pain in that area. I'm gonna get it checked out this Friday when i get home.
I wanted to do Nautica but dunno now... it will be a gamecall decision. Also, I'm signed up for St. Anthony's and IM FL 70.3. I need to get this fixed ASAP!!! :-(
