Enough Cheesecake Photo's
Guys, Enough is Enough! If I see another picture of an ab shot or posed modeling photo I'm going to puke. What happened to pure performance photo's or for that matter just the natural stuff? I hope these guys have enough mirrors hanging in their houses!

IRONMAN ARIZONA – A Special Story 4/13/08
On November 1st, 2007, husband and wife triathletes Mike and Dorothy Griffin stood ready along with 2,200 other competitors on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico at the start of Ironman Florida.

I just wanted to thank you for your awesome support and the VOICE that I heard 2mi out on Queen K which guided me home..! As I got closer and closer to the finish line and running on Ali’i Drive, it just made all those bad thoughts and pain disappear. Hearing your voice welcoming me as I made it up the ramp and seeing the Iron Spectators were electrifying! Thank you for making my first Kona experience the best and the memory which will last a lifetime!
As soon as I have a chance, I will post the picture taken of us with Bob Babbitt and Michellie Jones at the book signing, it came out really good!
