- After running for 20+ years work took over and I was out of shape and took on the challenge of Ironman. Have worked my way from middle of the pack in my AG to consistent podium finishes. After going to Kona in 2008, I'll be making the trip again in 2010 and expect to have a much better day will be hoping for a top 10 AG performance.

Ironman Coeur d'Alene Race Report
Well it was a tough day out there for everyone but the end result was so sweet. As with any IM I always have a couple of goals.
1) Finish - Check
2) Qualify for Kona - Check
3) 9:45 - not quite but it's possible

My second Ironman race 51st overall and 10th in the tough 35-39 age group finishing in 10:06:05.
