And up here in Manitoba, Canada, we got in a 3 hr Brick a week ago and a 3hr Long Bike this past weekend and all of it indoors on our trainers due to snow and cooooold! But we will make it there ready to go in June as well! As always!

Just for me, as long as she is active and fit, then what sport she does doesn't matter. It can be yoga! Whats important is does she meet the other 20 criteria on my list. In the end, it has to click between us. The rest is just gravy.

Triathlete since 1992. I have been a Race Director numerous times and I have coached my own Triathlon Team since 1997! Although I win a medal now and then, I am not amongst the speedy. I have done 4 Ironman races now and will be going for my 5th in 2010 in beautiful Coeur d'Alene Idaho!
