Ok, so I FINALLY got outside on the bike today. The temp almost hit 50 degrees and I was smiling like Natasha Bodman the entire ride! I have some catching up to do in the next (omg) 14 weeks!!

- Great. I'm near Coal Creek Elementary. It will be great to get out with other IMSG local folks. A few friends and myself are getting an informal training group together in Louisville called Louisville Multisport Partners. We are at our infancy stages now sense we are clueless about starting a group...we just want people to train with and aren't a fan of a lot of the politics that can occur in large tri clubs. I'll send you an invite when we have a meeting and maybe you and your husband can come and check us out. I can't wait for the weather to break so I can get outside again.

I tried to send a message but I don't think it went through. I'm also in Louisville and I'm looking for other IM St, George folks to help suffer through long bike rides in the cold, trainer rides and long runs this winter. Let me know if you are interested in running up NCAR and riding Left Hand as the weather and roads allow.
