I think all the pictures for the swim were randomly assigned based upon the time stamp. That is why they sent every body several swim pictures. I think most people got at least 1 pictures with them in it. I am guessing they just missed…"
"Hey Guys, thought you might all be interested in this article about how you might be feeling after the race. I have always been a "post race depression" kind of guy.
This was written by Dan Arnett, he was a…"
I've got a glued tubular with light use on it, probably 200 miles. I'll throw it in the car and bring it up with me. It isn't the fanciest tire in the world, but it is a great spare. Give me a call or shoot me a text and we…"
I think those numbers are inflated big time. That is 500 total treatments, including minor stuff. There may be a few serious treatments (hopefully not and maybe not without heat), but remember they are making a "donation."
I don't deal with packets, they are a pain in the butt. I buy the bottles of gel. Hammer also sells flasks that hold 5 gels. I find this is much easier. Especially if you have a sensitive stomach, you can always take 1/2 a serving at…"

I swim open water all the time on the beach where I live and the best swimming…"
I can't ride in tri shorts for 112 miles, that is for sure. I think I would have a chance if it wasn't pancake flat where I live. Anyway, what I figured out is that I can wear my try shorts underneath my bike shorts. Not only do…"
"I guess there is a chance that they will allow wetsuits, but I am really not sure saving 3-5 minutes on the swim is worth the risk of over heating. At the very least you will probably sweat an extra 16-32 oz of fluid."
