Well stength sometimes can highlight some issues. Have you been checked to see if you have any deficiencies with vitamins or any bone related conditions. Have you been doing stretching and other core exercises? Are you over training?

I didn't think I could do it, I wanted to prove myself wrong. Following a fun Tri-a-Tri here is my Summer 2010:

May 22nd Long Triathlon 750mswim 34kmride 5kmrun

July 3rd Meech Lake Tri: 1200m swim, 28km ride and 6.5 km run

July 31st Olympic Tri: 1500m swim -41.2km bike- 10km run

Sept 4th The big one, the goal one, half Iron (1.9km swim -90km bike - 21.1km run

Sprint, Olympic, 2x Olympic (or approx 70.3 mi/113.1km)

Hi, sweet that your going for a half. I'm from Ottawa too. I'm in school out east but come home for the summer and train. We have a group that goes to the Gatineau hills every saturday in the mornings. You should come out in April!
