Profile Information

Relationship Status:
Single
About Me:
I'm a really down to earth girl looking to make some new triathlon friends and hopefully find a good man in the process.

I am employed and have worked for the same company for 16 years. I also teach spinning at a couple of gyms.

I love to laugh and have fun. Looking for someone who is witty and has a passion for life!
My Tri Story:
I have a lot of great experiences when it comes to racing. I miss it this year because I have an injury which has caused me to stay on the sidelines and be a spectator. Sad because it's such a fun sport and one that I truly enjoy. I can't wait to get back to racing next year.
Tri Experience:
Age grouper, I'm a repeat finisher!
Tri Distance:
Sprint, Olympic, 2x Olympic (or approx 70.3 mi/113.1km), Long course (or approx 140.6 mi/225.3km)
Tri Interest:
Friends, Dating
My best race was...
There are so many and can't just put my finger on just one...Ironman Florida, my best finishing time. Ironman Lake Placid...there is nothing like doing a race in Lake Placid. The venue and the spectators are phenomenal not to mention the incredible scenery along the way. Ironman Wisconsin, my last Ironman distance race...I knew it was my last and even though it was the most painful race of my life and wanted to quit so many times, I stuck it out and finished with a smile on my face.

Hi Gina,

Welcome to the site! I am USA Triathlon Certified Coach, an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, a Kona Ironman World Championship Triathlete, and own/operate In Training LLC, Utah's first fulltime triathlon coaching company. I have been coaching for 8 years now, have coached over 600 athletes, and have been competing myself for about 11 years. Along with coaching locally, I also offer online coaching so if you're ever interested in learning more about my online coaching services, please feel free to ask!

Happy Training,

Dave

PS - I am having a coaching sale right now for my online athletes for as little as $75 per month (3-month minimum), with no start up fees.
