About Me:
Former Professional Athlete, Founder and Owner of Criminal Defense Practice in Tallahassee, Florida (my hometown). Love the challenges of triathlon, working toward becoming a competitor. Seeking to go beyond my comfort zone and become the very best I can be. I have two wonderful daughters whom I am constantly trying to be the best father I can be for them. I love my job, life and the people around me.
My Tri Story:
Began training and competed in my first sprint in Tarpon Springs, Florida in 1992 with my good friend and former college teammate Rob Snyder. Did not compete in another triathlon until 2011 where I entered a sprint "Tri at the Rez" in 2011. I am working toward my goal of aquiring a slot at Kona and successfully completing Kona by 2016.
