ha ha i would love to lose another 3-4 kilos before Busso, but that may not happen!! I had a brick yesterday with a 100 k ride then an 1 hour 20 run whew it was tough in the heat!! i have 1 more week of solid training then 2 weeks of taper which i am looking forward too!! Its a double edged sword though cause when you taper you feel like crap untill you race. going up to Shepparton tomorrow for the half IM, its the first year in 5 years i havent done the half!! I am doing the swim for my partner in the short cousre on sunday and doing a swim race there on saturday so it should be good. Although its suppose to pour rain aaa weekend!!!
Thanks Dean, i have a wonderful coach who reasures me that my fitness will be fine to get through. I am really looking forward to NZ i have had a lot of people tell me great things about, I am going over with Tri Travel as they were recommended to us from others so it will be fantastic. yep maybe see ya in NZ
Hey Dean WOW you have an amazing IM history thats fantastic!! WA will be my first and so that means NZ will also be the first time i go there!! I hope i have done enough training, but i suppose we all think that ha ha.
