The Underpants Run at Ironman Canada was once again a great success to the benefit of Bikes for Kids. Due to an outstanding number of participants in this year’s run, we were
able to raise the highest amount in a single year in the ten year history of the event!

So, I just started to think that the legs were coming back after Ironman Arizona. I was even starting to think that the hills were kinda fun again. What was I thinking?
I live in Calgary. This morning’s ride was a no go. Not because I didn’t feel like it but because of the two inches of snow out side. They held the annual Vulcan sprint tri yesterday. Man, glad I didn’t sign up for that.
