I think youre spot on with the swim, plenty of time to ramp up the pool time to get ready for 2.4. Plus you'll have the advantage of the salt water.
Same with the bike, you have plenty of time to put in a couple of 100 milers.

Hi all I didn't want to side track the main discussion so I've opened up this one, I hope some of you will see it!Anyway, due to a number of issues this year I wasn't able to start training and had essentially written Cozumel off.
