Since Jan 1st, 44% bike, mostly indoor on trainer, 31% run, 19% swim, 6% strength/core. Averaging just under 10 hours total workout time per week. This week the plan calls for 13.5 hours. Hopefully can get outside this weekend for the long bike ride.

- I completed my first OLY distance triathlon in 1986 at the age of 25. In 2010 I will turn 50 and will complete my first Ironman distance. I returned to triathlon in 2008 after not competing for 16 years. My how things have changed since the early days!

You should join our IMKY group on this site. About 220 people doing the race sharing info, etc.....Go to MY COMMUNITY then click GROUPS then search/find "Ironman Louisville 2010".....
