Since Jan 1st, 44% bike, mostly indoor on trainer, 31% run, 19% swim, 6% strength/core. Averaging just under 10 hours total workout time per week. This week the plan calls for 13.5 hours. Hopefully can get outside this weekend for the long bike ride.

I completed my first OLY distance triathlon in 1986 at the age of 25. In 2010 I will turn 50 and will complete my first Ironman distance. I returned to triathlon in 2008 after not competing for 16 years. My how things have changed since the early days!
