How’s your tri training coming along? Most would say running is the toughest part since it’s the last leg of a tri but since you’re a runner—you’ve got it made! What’s your ‘08 schedule shaping out to be? Good luck with your training.
So how are ya coming with the shifting thing? It takes some getting used to but it's pretty simple till you get in your lowest gear and still need a few more lower ones Haha. I need to work on my running, I haven't been getting enough in because of a sore back, but I will soon enough I guess.
I've got an old friend who's a high school teacher in Chicago, she loves it up there.

Good luck on your races for 2008!
Yes, in the fall and winter, once triathlon season ends, I switch to marathons. This past season, I ran Chicago, St. Jude (Memphis), Disney, and Mardi Gras. Because New York and Chicago are presently sold out, I will probably run Houston and Mardi Gras Marathon in 2009.
I would highly recommend the chicago tri if it isn't sold out. It used to be Mrs. T's triathlon, swimming at the yacht club just south of Navy Pier, and riding Lakeshore, and running past Soldier Field and Shedd aquarium - awesome race!!!
