Hi everyone! I'm new! It's sunny and 70 here in Atlanta. Sooooo gorgeous outside. I'm doing a brick tomorrow so I can practice my transition 2. Hope it's a wonderful weekend for all! :o)

Happy Friday everyone! Get out & enjoy the beautiful weather - supposed to be near 70 tomorrow & Sun in DE. Doing a 4 hour spin-a-thon for my 2nd job the Y & will ride/run outside on Sunday afternoon. Here's hoping everyone has had a good week - mine has been ok not great. Take care & looking forward to chatting with everyone on Monday.

The DVDs are good, and they recently had an Open Water one come out as well, but nothing beats having a knowledgable person watch your stroke and pick out your little hitches.

Megan, I agree with Dave - I have a friend from the Y - a married one - he's helping me with my training - went for a ride on Sun with him - beautiful day - a little windy. He has the Total Immersion DVD'S & said they have helped him tremendously - he's going to loan them too me.

Hey Megan, have you researched Total Immersion at all? I know there are some clinics being tought up in the Boston area. I am doing a short one in 10 days at the Multi-Sport conference.

Looks like you are in Dallas so what I found was:

Freestyle Workshop - Dallas

That one is next month 4/17 - 4/18, but there is another one July 10-11 I believe as well.

Hi Megan! Wish I didn't have so many committments. The three kids take up a lot of my time as you can imagine. Wish I could help since swimming is my strong point. Hopefully we can find you a cute guy instead! LOL Good luck!

Hey guys! Need some help! Is anyone willing to teach me how to effectively/efficiently swim for a weekend? I have everything else down but just need help with the swim. Willing to travel for a weekend as needed.
