Doing IM Wisconsin this weekend then taking a month off before getting back into the swimming of things. Depending on how things go I'll use the same plan. I will be doing some cross training on the mountain bike this winter too, just to mix it up a bit.

I road my bike 39 miles to my brother-in-laws house for a Labor Day get together. Once there, I ate fried chicken, drank three beers and consumed large quantities of potato chips - That's called carbo loading - right?
Unfortunately I am at the lower end of the scale, coming back after a LOOONG layoff....but I did mange 15 minutes on the Computrainer and and easy gym session. I hope to be in structured training come October 1st...
