With the primary 2010 triathlon season winding down for most of us, I thought I would throw out this topic/question to get a sense of how you all view the off season and what you focus on during it. For some this may just be a time to recharge, change focus to avoid burnout, get into other hobbies/interests, crosstrain.....others may get more into weight lifting, spin classes, or focusing on one discipline like running, etc.....I'm just curious how you plan to spend your off season. Maybe our answers can provide some learning for each other through the winter months.
