Anyone using one of the hands free hydration systems (speedfil, nevereach, camelback)? I don't want to use the Camelbak option even though they have came out with a jersey which I'm sure is an improvement on the backpack style. I've got the rear of my saddle occupied with the clip on it to hold my flat kit and one bottle. I've got two cages on the frame but was curious about the hands free systems. I tend to stop pedaling when I reach for my bottle. Old habit that doesn't seem to go away no matter how hard I try. I don't need to come up out of aero to reach for the bottle and don't have trouble tilting the bottle in aero but I do find that I stave off drinking because of how awkward the whole position is for me to drink.
Secondly, I used to have clip on aero bars on my road bike and found that the weight on my bars made steering "weird". I don't find this to be true with my tri bike and aero bars but wondered if I'd feel that way with 40oz of beverage stuck between them. That's why I've avoided the aero bottle. Anyone have some experience with these as well?
$100 for these frame mounted hydration systems seems like a lot so I wanted some input from real users.
Thanks for any advice.
