If anyone sees my good buddy Don Schroeder, give him a pat on the back and a word of encouragement. He has trained amazingly for his first IM (not to mention he has bought multiple sets of Zipp wheels)!

From years past experience. Wal Mart in Panama City Beach does not have hardly any warm weather gear. Bring long sleeve under aarmour with you, you won't find it at the beach. also great idea to wear gloves on bike.
