i have been going everyday for a week. Doing my cardio every day- some days Bike - other days Treadmill. I have been doing Weights pretty much 3x a week. My question is, does anyone have any suggestions on specific weight training i should focus on for the upcoming season? I have been working hard on my core. But anything else i should focus on specifically? Leg work? Chest? Biceps? Any advice would be most welcome! Can't wait for the season. Treadmill has really been helping me get my running form back. running right now about at an 8 minute mile pace on it. hope to be at 7.5 soon. Thanks all!
