I have the Ochsner 1/2 IM in NOLA on April 18th. I was just wondering if anybody has any thoughts on nutrition during the race. Are there any formulas that help muscle cramping (especially during the bike)? Any drinks that replenish the loss of electrolytes faster/better than Gatorade? I'll have some gels and water, but I just wanted to know if there is anything else I should have. Thanks, everyone.
