The last two years I have done a few 1/2 and a full IM (Just finished Florida).
I have used the intermediate plans on TriNewbies and Beginnertriathlete for PR of 5:15 on the 1/2 and 11:14 on the full.
I have signed up for California 70.3 in April and I am looking to crack 5 hours. Unfortunately a coach just does not fit into the mix either time wise or financially.
Most of the plans that I have found seem to be geared toward beginners at the lengths with limited initial conditioning. Does anyone have a plan for a more experienced athlete who is coming into the training fairly strongly conditioned to begin with?
