Well, finally got rid of my ITBS, got a foam roller yesterday and man does that hurt when you first get rolling. But the good news, I was able to run 5km today without any pain at all. Excited now for my upcoming Olympic, 70.3 and 2 sprints starting the 17th of July and ending the 14th of August.
Has anyone else had ITB problems and can't get rid of them? I thought i was doomed.
