First, its just such a pleasure to be part of this site - its been incredibly encouraging and motivating, offering information we might not otherwise come upon. Fantastic friendships are forming, at least for me, and iamtri is part of daily life now - thank you so much for this.

One thing I notice is people responding to note exchanges, but their response is posting on their own page, not realizing they must first click "comment back" to redirect to the other person's page. I'm not creative enough to suggest a remedy, but notice the confusion frequently.

I personally haven't started blogging yet, but that part is very enjoyable to hear about other's plights and successes - and that you feature some on the homepage. And love the music add-on option also ... tho I do wish I could add from my itunes list ... it won't convert to MP3 format in order to add. Suggestion?

I need to ask the following for Ironman china,

a. Is the finisher medal going to be the same as last year? a coconut husk?
b. Is there a competitor T Shirt provided inside the bag upon registration? I don't recall having one last year.

I have tried multiple times to change the theme of my page -- no luck. Sometimes it changes, but if I navigate away, it goes back to the standard skin. Likewise, I can't change my photo.

Not good.

David,

Changing the skin only affects your personal profile page, nothing else. When I go to your profile, I see the skin and not the default, so I'm assuming this is actually working...

The system also reports that you changed your profile photo 7 hours ago, so let me know if you got that figured out or if you are still experiencing problems.

Ok, I have a complaint or gripe of sorts. They give you an email addy that has me assuming using Simple Mail formatting that I can send emails from anywhere? I tried that and even put in an email addy to send from here out. Nothing. It is obviously a valid email address or else the mail server at iamtri absorbs everything targeting its domain, but I cannot use public email here at work and this is the only one I have been able use without it being blocked!

Is this a bug or iamtri's intention? Anyone actually tried it? I have tried to send to a Yahoo, MSN, and even a broadband account from here and vice versa.

We don't give you an address that lets you send email out. The email address is so you can email photos and videos IN from your smart phone, email client, or other means and have it automatically uploaded to your account.

That's why the section that shows you the email address is labelled "Mobile Uploads" and "Add by Phone". I'm not sure what led you to believe you were receiving an email address you could use to contact people? If you are seeing something else on the site that is misleading on this front, please let me know...
