Stuffed Red Bell Peppers

I am convinced that my local Safeway, in an effort to deal with the economic crisis, has been trying to control the amount of loss in their produce department by allowing the inventory to get to lower levels. I frequently find items out of stock or discover that what is remaining is slim pickens.

Mathews and Marsh win in Lubbock

On the 20th anniversary of the Ironman 70.3 Buffalo Springs Lake, Mother Nature decided to switch things up. Known for its extreme heat and winds many athletes arrive in Lubbock to race on this course in preparation for the Ford Ironman World Championships. This year, however, rain, cool temperatures and wind greeted the competitors at the start line.


Records fall in Nice

Enjoying near perfect race conditions, Marcel Zamora Perez and Tine Deckers both set course records in winning Ironman France today. For Spaniard Zamora Perez it was his fourth straight win in Nice, while Deckers became the first Belgian woman to claim an Ironman title.
